Fashion: Drykorn & Pepe Jeans

The Drykorn Men collection has been around since 1966 and has developed into an international fashion brand. The German fashion label stands for authenticity, high quality in design and fabrics, and individuality. The men’s collection for the fall and winter of 2015-2016 is edgy, sporty and futuristic with the motto: “Free Unit Free Senses.”

With motocross as source of inspiration, the collection has many leather variations, protective details in clothing, and ergonomic / dynamic lines. The volume of the clothing and the various fabric structures ensure a new flexibility and functionality.

Technical materials, asymmetric hems and a clean design are responsible for a cool and sporty look. Jackets and pants have a sleek design with mostly graphic prints. Sweaters are with ingenious colors and surface divisions in graphic lines. Strikingly beautiful is the clothing with a “dégradée” effect in which the color runs over into a different color combination.
 
 


Pepe Jeans

The denim brand Pepe Jeans London (since 1973) has roots in London’s famous Portobello Road area. With a turnover of more than five hundred million dollars, the brand has become a popular label that is now available in over eighty countries worldwide.

With iconic West-London and its mix of bohemians, rock stars and different style cultures as a background, this neighborhood is the perfect location to photograph the fall / winter collection of Pepe Jeans London.

The campaign is fronted by dark English top model Jourdan Dunn. Besides Naomi Campbell, she is committed to making dark models more visible in the (mostly Caucasian) fashion industry. Professional skateboarder Darius Trabalza and Matt Hitt are also featured in the photo campaign. Matt Hitt is a member of the band Drowners and the boyfriend of actress Dakota Johnson. The main color used by Pepe Jeans London for men remains black.
