Recently, gay adult film star Adam Killian has been appointed Creative Director for Lucas Entertainment. Killian was born on August 12, 1975 in West Hollywood, California, USA. He has a degree in Dance and Theater from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and made his first appearance when he was around twenty-eight years old with a non-sexual role in Jet Set Men’s 2003 production “The Hole.” This movie was directed by Wash West, who’d reached instant fame two years earlier with “The Fluffer,” an exploration of obsession and power relations set with the adult video industry.
“The Hole” is a spoof of the scare-the-crap-outta-ya Japanese “Ringu” films and to a lesser extent, the American remake “The Ring.” It begins with two guys recounting the legend of a videotape that when watched will turn you gay within seven days. (In the original, you’d be dead within the week.) It turns out one of them and some buddies have already seen it during their stay at a hotel, and lo and behold, they start displaying queer behavior. It doesn’t take long before they indulge abundantly in gay sex.
After a second non-sexual appearance the next year in Jocks Studio’s “Getting It Straight,” Killian waited until 2008 before he started his real career in porn by bottoming in “Best Men 2: The Wedding Party” from Falcon. By now he has starred, as top as well as bottom, in sixty-five productions for several companies. From 2012 he also (co-)directed six movies for Raging Stallion and Lucas Entertainment. In 2010 he was awarded a Grabby as Performer of the Year, and in 2012 he was honored as Gay Performer of the Year at the XBIZ Awards.
Killian brings this decade of experience as a model, producer and freelance director to his new role with the Lucas team, to create some of the porn industry’s most lavish and beautiful films. Killian comments: “Three years ago, I flew to NYC to perform in my first Lucas scene, shot on a rooftop terrace in Chelsea and surrounded by views of the New York City skyline. My affection for this city and this company blossomed. I am very excited now to focus my attention exclusively on the Lucas brand as Creative Director. The adult movie industry has changed dramatically over the past ten years, and I look forward to helping it continue to evolve.”
Killian has assumed his role on October 1, 2013, bringing his expertise with videography, direction and lighting design to all of Lucas Entertainment’s films. Killian is widely connected with models from all over the world and will help continue the Lucas Entertainment tradition of bringing the freshest new faces to gay porn. Killian, who sports tattoos on the right upper arm and shoulder, and below the navel to the right and left above his pubes which wraps around his butt, will also continue his career as an adult performer. Michael Lucas began producing gay adult movies in 1998 and is excited about his new Creative Director: “Adam is respected and loved within the company and the industry. His extensive experience, both in front of the camera and behind it, give him unique insights into production and a superb eye for detail. We are proud that he has chosen to share his talent and dedication with us.”
